Steve has been in the financial industry since 1997 after working in corporate America for 20 years.
Following the tragic loss of their beloved son, Cullum, in a crash with a tractor trailer, Steve and his wife, Susan, along with their surviving son, Pierce, founded Road Safe America. This non profit organization is dedicated to reducing the injuries and deaths resulting from collisions between tractor-trailers and passenger vehicles.
Steve has been a member of the Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee since it was founded in 2006 and served as chairman of the committee in 2013-2014.
Over the course of his financial career, Steve has earned the Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations. RICP® conferred by The American College.
